The opening smells like Mr. Bubbles. It's a slightly tutti fruity type bubble bath without being soapy or aldehydic. On the dry down I still get the apricot and bitter almond with a bit of musk, spice, smoke and expensive leather. There is also a miniscule vague gourmand sweetness. Maybe from the honey? The vanilla is playing a supporting role. I know she's there but I can't totally catch her.
I do have to layer something on this to make it a little more sweet or gourmand for my liking. I use Vanilla Vice over it a lot and it really transforms it. It's also really nice with Kayali Vanilla Rock Candy Sugar 42 or Kayali Vanilla 28 in the evenings.
I have not had this in the winter yet. I could see myself enjoying this more on its own in the day during that time.
This is definitely a beast for me on skin and clothes.
