Phlur Heavy Cream is a rich, milky vanilla with a cozy, whipped sweetness and a soft, musky finish. I think it’s best for layering.
This perfume smells great, but I especially loved that the seller provided personalized service.
Not a bad scent, not my style either. The scent is rather pleasant but I just don’t mesh with it very well. Smells almost similar to warm cashmere philosophy wit just a slight difference.
